United Ship Chandlers is the preeminent ship chandler in the southern Caribbean. We provide of a wide range of goods and services to vessels calling at ports in Trinidad & Tobago. We are located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and serve all the ports in the twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. We opened our doors in 1997 and have over the years been providing a very effective and reliable 24 hour service to the vessels that come calling. We have in place the necessary Custom Bonds to facilitate the ship chandlery trade: - Bond for Exportation -allowing the exporting of goods and duty free supplies - Temporary Importation Bond for ship spares & repairs. Our delivery capability is built on: - a committed team of boarding representatives and support staff - our stocked warehouses - a supply network of over 60 companies in Trinidad & Tobago Our reach is further strengthened by our membership in two key international shipping associations: - ISSA, the international association representing nearly 2,000 ship suppliers through-out the world - IMPA, linking us to the largest ship owners/operators, and manufactures & suppliers worldwide
