Turbo General is the only Greek company in its field that has been operating under the same registration number since 1975 in the wider area of ship repair zone of Perama, Piraeus. Located in privately owned premises of more than 1000sqm, which include warehouse, offices and workshop, it owns contemporary equipment such as grinding machines, terting bench, ashblasting chamber, tig welding bath, etc. Turbo General Quality Management System (QMS) has been certified by Lloyd's Register, according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard. Turbo General QMS is also certified by Lloyd's register, according to the ISO 45001:2018 standard concerning the occupational health and safety. Turbo General aims to provide repair and maintenance services for all kinds of turbochargers, marine, industrial, locomotive and automotive applications (in main and auxiliary engines) of power plants, factories, trucks, cars, yachts. It also keeps a great stock of supplies with new and reconditioned turbo spares of makers such as ABB, IHI, MAN, MET, Napier, KBB, PBS, Switcher, etc. At the same time, it provides alternative spares of equal quality from independent factories in Europe, Greece, S. Korea, Japan, Turkey, India and China. In an extremely competitive market, where there are no restrictions in collaborations and there is unlimited and free circulation of information, Turbo General can be trusted to provide specialized services and products. The philosophy of the company is to invest mostly in people and for that reason we support that the value of a company is defined by the human workforce factor. Turbo General is the only Greek company that has actually invested in establishing a workshop and warehouses in Shanghai, has abundant spare parts supplies in warehouses in Singapore and has developed a network of partners for dynamic balancing in Singapore, Dubai, Durban, Lagos, Istanbul, Rotterdam and Barcelona. Turbo General, also, works on implemented European development plans and participates in research in collaboration with several universities.
