The complete product line of firestopping products include water-tight sealants, three different types of plastic pipe firestop collars (including split, water-tight, and transitional collars), non-hardening putties, cable coatings to limit flame spread in grouped cable applications, and the EZ-Path Marine Cable Transit (the industry's only zero-maintenance solution for cable sealing in non-water-tight applications). All products comply with IMO and SOLAS requirements and are certified by US Coast Guard, and other Classification societies including DNV GL, ABS, BV, and more. Water-tight sealant; MFS Firestop Sealant, an advanced hybrid polymer sealant that stays flexible and resilient even with vibration. Watertight up to 6 bar. For use with the M-PACT (Marine Pipe And Cable Transit) System. Available in 281 mL cartridges or 1005 foil-packs (sausages). Firestop Collars; MFC split collars (21 sizes from 16 mm to 324 mm diameter), MFCW watertight collars (21 sizes from 16 mm to 324 mm diameter), and MFCT transition collars (for metal to plastic pipe conversions). Firestop Putty; MPU non-hardening, 100% solids butyl rubber formula. Available in 459 mL putty stick or in coils in a re-sealable plastic pail (7 coils per pail; each coil is 25 mm diameter x 2.3 m). EZ-Path Marine Cable Transit; a transit device module that allows cables to traverse fire-rated divisions without the need to remove or replace caulk, putty, foam, or blocks. Empty or filled to capacity with cables, the EZ-Path is always sealed 100% of the time. Cable moves, additions, and changes are easy with EZ-Path. Three different sizes (MDM300 - 75 x 75 mm, MDM400 - 100 x 120 mm, or MDM150 (cruise line version) - 75 x 150 mm). Devices can be ganged together to increase cable capacity using heavier gauge steel gang plates. Cable Coating; MFC intumescent cable coating used to protect polymer jacketed cables by limiting flame spread in grouped cabling applications. RTV Silicone Foam; MRF500 Silicone RTV Foam, a two component silicone foam mixed in a 1:1 ratio. Expands up to 3x to fill voids around cables and pipes.
