Engine component reconditioning: Reconditioning of piston crowns, piston skirts, cylinder covers, exhaust valve spindles, valve seats and valve housings. Depending on availability and suitability, we can supply components from our exchange pool or recondition your existing parts. Fuel equipment reconditioning: Inspection, servicing and complete overhaul of fuel pumps, with testing appropriate to the equipment and agreed technical requirements. Specialist onboard repairs: In-situ crankshaft grinding, line boring of engine bedplates and laser alignment, allowing suitable repair work to be carried out at the vessel. Turbocharger services: Overhaul and servicing of marine turbochargers as part of planned maintenance or equipment repairs. Electrical and instrumentation repairs: Support for electrical and electronic equipment, instrumentation, analytical equipment and control systems. Workshop repairs and machining: Repair and overhaul of marine pumps, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, together with electric motor repairs, rewinding and machine-shop work. We also supply marine engine components and equipment spare parts, including original parts and replacement components sourced from specialist manufacturers. Our supply range includes parts for MAN/B&W, Wärtsilä, Sulzer, Caterpillar, Cummins, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, MTU, Bergen Diesel, Deutz and Yanmar. For each enquiry, we consider the equipment requirements, availability, delivery schedule and cost. Where appropriate, we can offer repair, reconditioning, exchange or replacement options to help you select a solution that suits the vessel’s operational needs. Reconditioning work is supported by defined inspection, testing and approval procedures. Relevant test documentation and marine classification certification can be arranged on request, according to the component, scope of work and applicable requirements.
