We specialize in hot forging using induction heating & gas furnaces. We also have the capabilities of roll threading as well as cut threading. Rohder Machine and Tool was founded in 1968 and is located in Crown Point, Indiana. Manufacturer of standard, metric, and special fasteners. Rohder Machine and Tool is the largest manufacturer of hot forged bolts in Northern Indiana. We are also equipped with a complete machine shop, including CNC for custom and general machine work. All tools and dies are made in house for fast turnaround. Dies can be designed to meet your specifications. Materials used to manufacture our fasteners are made in the USA Carbon Steel, Alloy, Stainless, Brass and Aluminum. Grades - 2-5-8-9-A325-A490, and special grades upon request. Chemical and physical test reports supplied with orders upon request. All heat treated products are logged for trace ability.
