Longkong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd, Established in 1998 is a comprehensive marine service company. We would like to provide one-stop service to the client come to China. LKM, who has been approved by DNV ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001, own total 126 employees, is composed by 5 divisions, Development& Planning Division, Business Headquarters, Production Division, Store& spare supply Division and General Management Division. I. Service at Production Division 1. STEEL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 1) Steel/ stainless steel/ aluminum fabrication and repair service, Such as hatch cover/ hull plate/ crane jib/ accommodation ladder/ pipe line. 2) DNV / LR approved EH36 steel plate WPS, DNV approved D36 steel plate/ aluminum/ stainless steel pipe WPS. 2. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 1) Hydraulic system & device inspection/ repair service. Such as Crane/ winch/ steering gear system service, hydr. Motor/ pump/ cylinder recondition. 2) Own hydraulic platform for the device testing before and after repair in our workshop. 3. AUTOMATION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 1) Developing along with LKM and own excellent service engineers for electrical/ electronic/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system repair/ maintenance, such as ECR Alarm system/ ME pneumatic control system/ Ballast& Bilge control system. 2) As an agent of B-I industry Korea in China, we can provide device supply/ installation/ service. 4. MARINE SAFETY SERVICE DEPARTMENT FFS and FFA inspection/ refilling/ pressure test, such as Fire extinguisher, CO2 system, EEBD, SCBA, Immersion Suit, approved by 10 Class.(DNV, GL, BV, KR, RINA, ABS, NK, LR, RS, IRS) , with 2 working stations at Qingdao and Jiangyin. 5. UNDERWATER ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT Underwater inspection/ cleaning/ polishing/ plugging/ welding, approved by 10 Class( DNV, GL, BV, KR, RINA, ABS, NK, LR, RS, CCS). 6. GUAGING& CALIBRATION DEPARTMENT 1) Electrical/ Temperature/ Gas gauge & meter calibration. 2) Hatch cover UT tightness test. 3) Steel plate UT Gauging, approved by NK , DNV, LR, IRS, CCS, other Class approval are under application. II. Service at Store & Spare Supply Division. In charge of store/spare supply, spare customs transit, with 1500 SQM warehouse in Qingdao. III. Service Net 1) 11 service stations from North to South of China, covers most of Chinese port & shipyard, service team can be arranged in 4 hours after order confirmed. 2) As a long term sub-contractor to many shipyards, provide technical service assistance and after service.
