Our advantages are experience and reliability. RCS overhauling Propulsion engines have different maneuvering system design/ characteristics, valve types and manufacturers. We have a wide experience with all systems that are on the market nowadays: MAN B&W (built under various license), Wartsila/Sulzer or Akasaka system. Our specialists are trained to overhaul and test the complete system and troubleshoot possible failures. Having a wide stock of pneumatic valves and genuine repair kits from WABCO, NABCO, WESTINGHOUSE, NORGREN, EOSCH REXROTH, MANNESMANN, MECMAN and other manufacturers, we are ready to make your vessel operational just in time to get on board. Our pneumatic stock quantities offer the possibility to handle several vessels with MAN B&W MC, Wartsila/Sulzer and Akasaka engines at the same time. There is also the possibility to order a set of valves on exchange base; thus reducing overhauling time. This way, the valves can be replaced even during cargo operation, therefore saving precious time. Engine overhauling Our service engineers can work on 2 and 4 stroke engines no matter who the manufacturer is. Many years of experience have helped us find solutions to reduce the overhauling time. We can handle works on fuel pumps, connecting rods, liners, pistons, turbo chargers and all other equipment and supervise jobs on the vessel; experienced engineers can supervise and control manpower and assure that the job is performed according to manufacturer's procedures. Crankshaft grinding in situ Core of this unique facility is the "in-situ" crankpin rectification service and the remedial repairs without dismantling the shaft. The key to success of this service is the purpose designed technology - light enough to carry on a plane, powerful enough to grind and polish out cracks and defects on crankpins. Using professional skills, craftsman's touch and sensitive measuring instrumentation, we achieve outstanding performances with guaranteed tolerances within the manufacturer's specifications.
