Lemans Nederland B.V. is a Dutch trading company situated between the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp. We are specialized in the delivery of winches and capstans. Mooring equipment such as Panama Chocks, Warping Rollers, Roller Fairleads, Bollards, Smit Brackets, etc.. We deliver the finest components and fittings, built to the highest quality. Lemans Nederland B.V. supplies electric, hydraulic and pneumatic winches up to a capacity of approximate 100T depending on the operation and application with or without controls. Beside our range of standard winches we can offer you a broad range of experience in client specific solutions where we will find, together with you an economic, technical and problem solving solution. Our winches are developed in SolidWorks 3D CAD software and produce, sand blast, coat and test at our own production facility. All welding is being executed according DNV NEN EN ISO 15614-1:2012 / AWS D1.1:2010 ASME IX:2013. When requested we can deliver any winch under a witness load test or full certification by a notified body (NoBo) such as DNV/GL, B.V. or LR. Our "standard" Program deck (mooring) equipment is produced regarding following standards: * Panama Chocks: DIN81915 * Warping Rollers: DIN81906 * Double Bollards: DIN82607 * Smit Brackets: OCIMF, JIS F-2029 Other standards, such as JIS, etc. are also possible. We are authorized representative for Smith Berger Marine, Inc. in Europe. We even have some swivel fairleads and horizontal guide sheaves available from stock. Smith Berger fairleads are high quality fairleads designed regarding OCIMF guidelines.
