We provide installation, commissioning, instruction manuals, and training on Hatecke products, as well as original OEM spare parts. Our service technicians carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on Hatecke and other brands of lifeboats and davits in-situ and/or in our local facilities. We also offer annual services, load tests and spares for Megayachts and Superyachts. We have a wide-ranging service network and are able to cover most ports in North America, Central America and the Caribbean Islands (Our list of ports served is noted within our Profile). Our Spare Parts Hub is located in Miami, Florida which makes purchases & shipments of OEM spare parts a simple task.
