Firenor has a policy to pay fair wages to all employees and to ensure that our vendors are complying with anti-slavery sections of our ethical policy. We ensure that all employees have a lunch break every day.

Firenor will each year evaluate how the company can contribute to education by engaging apprentices. In hiring of new personnel, Firenor will evaluate how we can recruit young talents without work experience and then create a good learning environment for individuals.

Clean Water and Sanitation

Firenor will promote products and systems that can use Fluorine Free extinguishing foams to avoid toxic Flurine Foam to enter into water supplies.
