In this field, we represent the full range of steel wire ropes of the complete Usha Martin Group, including the high-tech wire ropes of Brunton Shaw UK. We further function as an exclusive distributor of ArcelorMittal Wire (F). Our 15,000m2 quayside location, comprising of a 3,000m2 custom built office block, warehouse and rigging shop is equipped with overhead cranes up to 140T and presses up to 4,000T. Supported by our extensive range of overhead cranes and presses, we are capable to produce any type of slings and grommets up to 127 mm. We can further handle in-house pre-stretching up to 140T. We also carry certified personnel of, for instance, socketing, as to ensure a high quality end product. Our service capabilities comprise inspection & testing activities, both in-house as on-site: • Mobile spooling machines – ranging from 14T up to 180T. • Offshore tension winches – producing a continuous line pull of up to 40T. • Lloyd’s approved testing bench (300T) for NDT and destructive tests, including load cell calibration. • Hoisting and lifting equipment inspection, testing and certification on-site or offshore. • In-house or offshore crane rope inspection and repairs. • Other after sales services on-board of vessels, at project sites or client premises. • ‘Permanently placed’ lifting and certification engineers to provide inspection services on-board vessels or project sites wherever required. • Storage and management of test certificates of all items in a central online database, accessible to you 24/7. • All other services aimed at our customers being in compliance with lifting equipment regulations (LOLER).
