Our experience and offer include all elements of the ship's propulsion, from the engine through the gears, shafts to the propeller. Propulsion systems: Thanks to our qualified service engineers and technicians teams, we are the right company to help you in standard overhauls, inspections and emergency repairs of such systems as: • Shaft lines, CPP, FPP • Propulsors (including azimuth thrusters) • Gear boxes • Regeneration of propellers blades Our experience allows us to carry out overhauls of thrusters in dry dock and in afloat condition using pontoons. In addition, we can perform a comprehensive renovation in our modern workshop in Gdansk. Power hydraulics: Power Hydraulic Department has many years of experience in the inspection and repair of deck equipment of all leading manufacturers. We focus our work mainly on devices: • Towing, mooring, anchor and auxiliary winches • Hydraulic power units (including hydraulic pumps) • Cranes and lifting equipment (including hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes). Automation Solution Service: Ship Automation Division staff has considerable experience in all aspects of marine propulsion. We provide comprehensive service and maintenance of ship’s systems, including: • Control systems for the main and auxiliary ship propulsion; • Control systems for the ship’s machinery and equipment; • Ship’s propulsion and machinery performance monitoring equipment; • Electrical drives for the ship’s machinery and equipment; • Start-up equipment, including inverters, autotransformers, and soft-starters; • Electrical wiring of the ship’s machinery and equipment; • Ballast systems and ballast water purification solutions, Apart from maintenance services we also design new systems and control solutions. We can adapt existing systems and installations for improved performance. Marine Engines Servicing: BOTA Technik offers various overhaul options tailored to customer needs. All overhaul and repair efforts are conducted by well trained and certified technicians using state-of-the-art tools and methods. Major overhauls A certified overhaul process, from disassembly of the engine to its final testing, has its own 3-phase workflow: • Engine disassembly and cleaning, component assessment and inspection; • Assembly of the engine components; • Torque testing, “coating” and painting, final testing. BOTA Technik provides comprehensive servicing of all ship engines and power generators. That includes maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled), general maintenance, 24/7 service and repairs (for customers with appropriate agreements), spare parts and consumables, SLA agreements, and sale of new engines and equipment.
