From the competitive and on-time supply of spare parts, shipped to worldwide locations, to a team of NVQ qualified and F-Gas certified engineers who install, repair, service and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning systems on-board vessels, including cruise vessels and workboats sailing worldwide, individually owned or chartered sailing yachts, local cross channel ferries and lifeboats. We are suppliers of Armacell Armaflex Class 'O' Insulation and all our engineers are trained to Gold Standard for the installation. We are also the European Distributors for VitalOxide. We pride ourselves on our ability to source items, provide accurate quotations for works and build lasting relationships with our customers, communicating effectively whether in person or via the telephone and e-mail, we keep our customers informed on progress of work and status of orders. We are continually looking at ways to improve the standard of service we offer, whether it is looking at our supplier base to improve and maintain our on-time delivery performance, or through the continuation of staff and engineer training to increase relevant knowledge and skills.
