ShipServ Remote Assistance via TeamViewer 'QuickSupport'

Usage Instructions

Please follow the steps below to run the ShipServ TeamViewer QuickSupport program : this program is used to allow ShipServ support personnel to securely access your computer, in order to assist you with technical support issues.

N.B. by running this program you grant only temporary access to your computer by ShipServ personnel : there is no permanent access to your computer.
      - Access is controlled by a temporary password which changes each time the program is used ,
      - The password is shown only to you ,
      - No software is actually installed on your computer's hard disk in order to run the remote-control session.

Please note that this program only works with Microsoft Windows. Any recent version of Microsoft Windows or Windows Server will do : Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 or 98. Both 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows are supported.

Downloading and running the program:

Click the 'Run QuickSupport' button below:

When prompted to Open,Run or Save, select the "Run" or "Open" option.
Please accept any security warnings you may see regarding programs downloaded from the Internet.
Click the 'Accept' button on any ShipServ Disclaimer message you see.
you should now see :
Please tell the ID and Password to your ShipServ Support contact.

Once the ShipServ Support person successfully connects to your computer you will see a TeamViewer control panel appear at the lower-right of your screen, showing their 9-digit TeamViewer ID , and they are immediately able to see your screen and control your PC remotely :
If you wish to prevent the ShipServ support person from operating your PC, but still allow them to see your screen, you can click the small blue 'Allow/Deny Remote Control' arrow button just to the right of their 9-digit ID.

If you wish to end the TeamViewer QuickSupport session completely, just click on the blue/white 'X' to close all connections.
