Iftec Marine is a high quality provider of specialist services to the maritime industry in Oman,both commercial and leisure.

The company was formed in JUNE 2000 and was involved in the manufacture and supply of fishing boats for the developing fishing industry in Oman. As the main ports of Sohar, Salalah and Muscat developed Iftec Marine expanded its range of services to include ship repair, marine safety equipment such as liferafts and lifeboats, fire fighting equipment , electronic and navigational aids.

Iftec Marine has modern Marine Servicing centres adjacent to the Ports of Sohar, Salalah Port Service, Muscat and Marina Bender al Roud. These stations are approved by Lloyds Register, the original equipment manufacturers and the Ministry of Communications in Oman. All our Technicians have received manufacturers training and are licensed to carry out repairs.

Iftec Marine has provided services to all maritime users in Oman including Royal Navy of Oman, Royal Yacht Squadron, Royal Oman Police as well as major Port operators such as Svitzer Weissmuller.

Iftec intends to expand its range of sales and service centres to the new leisure marinas planned for Oman plus mobile service centres to improve the speed and quality of response.
