Experienced hydraulic and electrical technicians provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services. These services include hydraulic repairs such as fittings, overhaul of pumps, hydraulic hoses, motors, cylinders, and valves.

Steering Systems:

Perform a wide range of repairs to all makes of electro hydraulic steering systems such as:

• Pump Overhauls
• Troubleshooting
• System flushing
• Crosshead block and pin removal
• Rotary actuator rebuilding
• Preventive maintenance programs
• All work is ABS certified

Deck Machinery:

Complete and detailed overhaul and maintenance of all deck machinery:
• Anchor windlass repairs and maintenance
• Total crane overhauls including cylinder rebuilding and hydraulic motor overhauls
• Hose handling crane re-construction and maintenance
• All of our work is ABS certified
• All work is completed in shop or on location.

Hydraulic Cylinders:

• Rebuilding of all makes of hydraulic cylinders including manufacturing of new cylinder bodies,
piston rods, pistons and seal replacement.
• Repairs and shop testing to all cylinders from 1 inch to 24 inch rod size.

Valves:

Wide range of hydraulic valve repairs available including:

• Replacement of valve actuators
• Valve testing to design specifications
• Supply of all replacement valves
• All valve work is ABS certified
