Important Legal Matters
ShipServ General Terms & Conditions
These are the terms which define the relationship between ShipServ and a user. For certain products there are specific licences which take precedence over these conditions. An example is ShipServ Pages which is subject to Terms of Use, Service Conditions and Service Guidelines.
ShipServ TradeNet Membership Rules
These are a few clauses, which regulate the relationship between users (rather than between ShipServ and a user). ShipServ has introduced these to ensure good practice in trading across TradeNet.
