ShipServ General Terms & Conditions

  • General Terms & Conditions (2007 Version) – These are the terms which define the relationship between ShipServ and a user especially for  the use of ShipServ TradeNet and the products and services associated with it. Most of our other products have specific sets of conditions associated with them (see below) but where they do not, the General Terms and Conditions apply.

ShipServ TradeNet Membership Rules

  • TradeNet Membership Rules (2007 Version) – These are a few clauses, which regulate the relationship between users (rather than between ShipServ and a user). These are designed to ensure good practice in trading across TradeNet.

ShipServ Pages

  • Pages – Terms of Use – These are the terms which define the relationship between ShipServ and any visitor to ShipServ Pages.
  • Pages – Service Conditions – These are the terms which define the relationship between ShipServ and a company buying ShipServ Pages services (e.g. ads, listings etc.)
  • Pages – Service Guidelines – These set the standards for any company advertising or having a listing on ShipServ Pages.

ShipServ Ad Network

  • Ad Network – Service Conditions – These are the terms which define the relationship between ShipServ and a company placing ads through the ShipServ Ad Network.
  • Ad Network – Service Guidelines – These set the standards for any company advertising through the ShipServ Ad Network.

Privacy Policy

  • Privacy Policy – This defines how ShipServ handles an individual person’s information and how it uses “cookies”. The text is available through a link below the logos on the right of every page of the website.

  • ShipServ Safety and Security Policy – ShipServ uses leading systems, safeguards, and management procedures to ensure your data is handled in a reliable and confidential manner. In this policy we answer the five most commonly asked questions on this aspect of our business.
