Service structure:

  • Payment consists of a one-time set up fee, a monthly service fee plus a Purchase Order Pack which is sized according to expected trading volume
  • Purchase Order (PO) Packs are purchased separately. When the annual subscription is renewed, any unused POs are simply carried over to next year
  • A PO Pack is like a prepaid phone card. It can be purchased in a variety of quantities ranging from 25 to 5000. Every time a supplier receives a PO, the remaining PO Pack is reduced by one
  • An unlimited number of requests for quotes may be received through the system
  • Membership covers an “Office Agreement” including one TradeNet ID. If the supplier has more than four offices, the supplier can sign up for an “Enterprise Agreement” that can be used by an unlimited number of offices worldwide
