Thomas Miller
London-based mutual insurance manager which has strong relationships with the owners of 50% of the world’s merchant fleet. Thomas Miller manages, among others, the UK P&I Club, the Through Transport Club, ITIC and the Hellenic War Risks Association, all market leaders in the shipping insurance industry. Bruce Kesterton, the CEO of Thomas Miller, is Chairman of the ShipServ Board of Directors.

A venture capital investment firm which has partnered with Fenway, a leading US private equity firm to invest together in early-stage opportunities. Ionian targets companies that create innovative industry solutions through applications of technology in the supply chain, domestic and international shipping, transportation and trade markets. Claire Milonas, General Partner of Ionian, is a non-executive director of ShipServ, Inc.
iShipExchange group
iShipExchange was established as a maritime ecommerce venture based in Hong Kong, until it merged with ShipServ in March 2003. Shareholders of iShipExchange continue to be shareholders of ShipServ and include among others Asian investors, Fairmont Shipping, Pioneer iConcepts, Future Star Company Ltd., Southmax Corporation , Marubeni Corporation, YiChen Navigation and Magsaysay Corporation.
