ShipServ team reach the peaks!

A ShipServ team of six took part in the 24 Peaks Challenge on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 July in the UK’s Lake District, raising over £4900 of vital funds for the maritime community.

The Challenge tested both their mental and physical strength over a two day period. It involved hiking up 24 peaks, each one over 2,400ft, in 24 hours total walking time. The route included climbing many of the famous UK peaks including Red Pike, Scafell Pike, Helvellyn and Great Gable.

A truly exhilarating event which helped to raise essential funds to improve the quality of life of seafarers and their families in times of need.
