E-Invoicing partnership fuels growth

As part of the continued drive to roll out its e-Invoicing solution, ShipServ has teamed up with Eye-share to allow shipowners and ship-managers, who use ShipServ TradeNet, the ability to receive, process and approve invoices and ultimately to save both time and money.

With the ShipServ e-Invoicing service, the invoice document from the supplier is handled just like any other supplier documentation through the  ShipServ TradeNet platform and can now be pro-cessed directly into the Eye-share Invoice solution to speed up the workflow and approval process.

Changes to ShipServ Pages for both buyers and suppliers

Last month saw some small but significant tweaks to ShipServ Pages for both our buyer and supplier communities.

Suppliers who log-in to Pages will now see the addition of a new ‘Trade’ tab, this has been designed to make it easier for suppliers to see all their RFQs in one place via their RFQ Inbox.

Content marketing and the shipping industry

Using SmartSupplier for order management

In case you haven’t noticed we have added a new page to our Supplier Solutions menu to give you more information on our order management software – SmartSupplier.

This desktop order management software lets you manage request for quotes (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders, confirmations, acknowledgements and e-Invoices (if applicable) from both ShipServ TradeNet and ShipServ Pages.
