Coming Soon: Single User Login

What does this mean?

Currently ShipServ buyers have three separate logins for their key services: WebReporter, Transaction Monitor and ShipServ Pages. You will now be able to access all three with just one login.

What is the benefit?

Along with saving time to access to all three services, single user login will also allow more of your designated TradeNet users to be able to login and access their most relevant reports.

When will it be live?

Single User Login is currently being tested in our development environment and once we are happy with the tests, we will move to our live trading environment.  We are confident that this will go live before the end of June.

More information?

Feel free to contact your Service Delivery Manager if you have any questions about Single User Login, but we will be sending a mailing in the next few weeks and there will be more info in the next edition of Connect.
