Building Trust in an Online World

Information is of no use unless you can trust it. That’s why for many years ShipServ has specialised in helping buyers and suppliers build trusted relationships online.

Now we’re pleased to announce significant enhancements on ShipServ Pages that add a new dimension to building trust – ratings and reviews. Due for release at the end of August 2010, this capability is an exciting development for the maritime community. For the first time, buyers can see which other buyers use which suppliers. And suppliers can share their customer lists and customer reviews.
