Heading to SMM 2010 Hamburg, 7-10 September? We are!

Before you know it, it’s SMM Hamburg time again. We can’t believe 2 years have gone by since the last event at the Hamburg Messe. Time certainly does fly!

Last time around 52,000 visitors from every continent and nearly 2,000 exhibitors from 60 nations attended the bi-annual event.

At SMM 2010 we’ll be on Stand 373, Hall B6 in the SMM Messe. We’ll be joined by ShipServ community members Mercandino and Saifee Shipchandlers. Be sure to drop by if you’re visiting SMM Hamburg.

We’ll be showcasing the latest developments in our e-marketplace to the SMM Hamburg visitors, specifically the addition of ratings & reviews to our TradeRank trustmark.

TradeRank is devised by ShipServ to indicate a supplier’s popularity in the market and is included against every supplier in our ShipServ Pages Supplier Directory. It is based upon their activity on ShipServ TradeNet, the world’s most widely used maritime e-commerce trading platform. A high TradeRank indicates that the supplier is widely used by the ShipServ TradeNet buyer community.

This Autumn we’re adding reviews and ratings to TradeRank, which means buyers can see which companies other buyers trust. And if you’re a supplier, you can let buyers see you’re good to do business with. Now instead of relying on word of mouth, you can prove you’re one of the good guys with a TradeRank rating.
