ShipServ CEO to host seminar in Singapore

Company’s founder to host session for ship management executives, showing how e-commerce can improve the bottom line when revenue growth is not an option.

LONDON, UK, 6 April, 2009 ShipServ, the leading maritime supplies e-marketplace, today announced that Paul Ostergaard, CEO & Founder, will be hosting an informative seminar in Singapore on 21 April 2009.

Over the last 10 years ShipServ has helped more than 130 shipping companies each save up to 20% of their operating costs by using its e-commerce services. Paul will be sharing these real-world experiences in a short seminar entitled “How e-commerce can reduce ship-operating costs by as much as 20%”.

In recognition of a global tightening of travel budgets, the seminar will be hosted on-site at the Sea Asia Conference, maximizing the time of executives already attending that Conference.  Paul’s session will run from 16:00 to 16:45 on Tuesday 21 April and entrance is free.

Visitors to Sea Asia can also visit ShipServ on booth J11. ShipServ are also proud sponsors of the event’s Internet cafe.
