Sales Manager (Global)
We are seeking Sales Managers to secure significant growth in sales and help accelerate the success of ShipServ in EMEA,
Job description / main responsibilities and tasks:
- Selling ShipServ’s innovative services.
- Identifying customer prospects in the relevant area.
- Creating and managing an excellent sales pipeline.
- Developing and executing sales approaches and strategies towards prospects in the pipeline.
- Cooperating with sales management and marketing about market positioning.
- Contributing to the strong growth of ShipServ by meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Working with prospects and the product management team to define functional requirements and needs for each solution.
- Participating in customer events and conferences.
Preferred qualifications and personal skills:
- A strong track record in managing customer expectations and complex sales at senior level.
- Understanding of and experience with negotiation and closing procedures.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and conceptualize complex services and solutions.
- Existing network within procurement/technical/senior management of ship owners/ship managers, ship suppliers or ship yards will be a clear plus.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic analysis skills.
- A self-starter with a structured yet agile sales approach.
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to work individually while being part of efficient cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
- Extensive travel activities will be required.
