Leading Supplier Saifee expands relationship with ShipServ

Today, ShipServ, a global leader of maritime e-commerce solutions, announced that Dubai-based supplier Saifee Ship Spare Parts and Chandlers has signed an agreement to integrate their sales order management system with the ShipServ TradeNet e-commerce platform. Saifee is taking this step to improve and optimize their business processes. The integration will go live shortly.

Saifee began using ShipServ 2.5 years ago when the company began using one of the basic tools available for managing transactions via ShipServ TradeNet. With the growing general acceptance of e-procurement, over time Saifee’s transaction volume increased significantly, which led to the decision to go for a full integration.

The integration will allow Saifee to respond to requests for quotes and orders from within their own order management system, thus saving time and eliminating manual re-typing of data.
