Newsletter November 2004
Dear Friend of ShipServ,
I am pleased to announce that one of the world’s fastest growing ship managers, TESMA, has decided to roll out ShipServ TradeNet to its global network of offices. With TESMA expecting to surpass 100 vessels under technical management in 2005, they will significantly contribute to the growing number of vessels connected to TradeNet (currently close to 1000) and trading volume (currently at 400,000 transactions annually).
The proven benefits of ShipServ’s electronic Ship Supply Management (eSSM) solutions - higher quality ship operations at a lower cost - are generating growing interest from the shipping industry. To meet this interest, we are strengthening our organization, which you can read more about below.
Look out for more exciting announcements in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Ostergaard
Founder and CEO

Per Sennicksen, Director Business Development, TESMA Holding commented on the decision: “We have tested and worked with ShipServ TradeNet since 2001. We have found that their latest developments (StartSupplier) satisfactorily solved the last connectivity issue between us as a ship manager and our many suppliers.”
