It’s quick, easy and FREE to send your purchase Enquiries through this tool on ShipServ Pages. You save time: when asking for quotes from multiple suppliers you only need to type your requirements once. You save money: you can send your requirements to more suppliers, or suppliers you would not normally have considered, so getting a better winning quote.
It’s a 3 step process:
Step 1
You choose a number of suppliers (up to a maximum of 75) by ticking the boxes by the suppliers on the search pages. You can go back now, or at any time, to add more suppliers to this Enquiry.
Step 2
Fill out the New Enquiry form with your product or service requirements. Click SEND ENQUIRY. (You’ll need to sign in or sign up as a Pages User at this point – signing up only takes a minute).
Step 3
ShipServ then immediately emails your Enquiry to a specified email address at the supplier companies. They read your Enquiry and if they respond/quote then you will hear back from the supplier directly.
If you’d prefer to contact them yourself then look for the CONTACT TAB. Open a supplier profile and then you will see 4 tabs just underneath the supplier company name at the top of the profile. The second tab is ‘Contact’ – click this. You’ll find the contact details, as entered by the supplier company.
There is NO COST for buyers to use this Send Enquiry tool. You can use it as frequently as you like. (But you can’t use it for spam emails to our suppliers – see here).
