If you are a registered ShipServ TradeNet user, you can use your existing login details to sign-in to ShipServ Pages. If not, then use your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and follow the instructions. If you have never signed-in to Pages, you will need to register.

ShipServ takes your privacy very seriously. We will not pass on your email address to third parties. We only want to use it as a convenient means for uniquely identifying different ShipServ Pages users in order to provide a better service. Have a look at our privacy policy for more information.

Notwithstanding Clause 4a of our Privacy Policy, cookies are used by Shipserv Pages to allow ShipServ to recognize you and your preferred settings e.g. to store your ID and password for future sessions. This saves you from re-entering information on return visits to Shipserv Pages. You have the option not to use this feature.

If you ask ShipServ to remember your User ID on this computer, we will store a ‘cookie’ on your computer’s hard drive. This cookie will only contain your ShipServ Pages login details and will be automatically detected by our website. It will enable us to log you in automatically meaning that you do not have to enter your user name and password every time you visit us.

The rest of clause 4 of the current Privacy Policy applies to the use of Cookies on ShipServ Pages.
